Joseph Jean-Charles is a senior technology consultant and federal IT professional with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 modernization, Power Platform engineering, SharePoint Online, and business process automation. He founded Jive Technologies LLC to bring mission-aligned, execution-focused technology delivery to federal agencies and government contractors across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

With deep expertise in the full Microsoft ecosystem — including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Azure — Joseph has consistently delivered solutions that reduce manual overhead, accelerate workflows, and provide agencies with the real-time visibility they need to make informed decisions.
